Cheyne Community Outreach Ministry

As the body of Christ in the world, we are committed to helping those in need. We believe poverty demands a response and we express God’s message of love, mercy and hope by addressing basic human needs (food, clothing and shelter) in ways that respect the dignity and worth of every person.

From international disaster relief to immediate needs in our local community, our Social Action team works diligently on many projects throughout the year which provide opportunities to be the physical hands and feet of Jesus.

Tuna Tuesdays

Hey Cheyne Community! We need your help! Tuna Tuesday is happening for the rest of October and we are hoping you will assist us in battling homelessness and hunger, right here in Hamilton. The church will have a drop box all day on Tuesdays for contactless donations. We are also happy to pick up donations from your porch! Give us a call to arrange a pick up at 905-664-6043. All donations go to the Men's Street Ministry.

Please stay tuned for all of our upcoming social justice efforts and more ways to become engaged and help those who need it most!

Hamilton Food Share

Cheyne is a regular contributor to the Stoney Creek Food Bank which is part of the Hamilton Food share network. Along with weekly donations, special drives are held throughout the year to collect specific  needs such as school supplies, thanksgiving dinners, etc.
