SEASON OF LENT BEGINS...
Lent is a 40-day season in the life of a Christian of prayer, fasting, self-reflection, repentance, and breaking self-destructive habits. It begins on Ash Wednesday and ends at Easter.
What is the Purpose of Lent?
- Preparation: Prepares us for the celebration of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
- Repentance & Reflection: A period to focus on turning away from sin and toward God.
- Spiritual Discipline: Using fasting, prayer, and charity to strengthen one's faith and self-control.
- Connection to Christ: Emulating Jesus's 40 days in the wilderness.
Join us at Cheyne on February 18th @ 6:30pm for a time of worship, hearing God's Word, and prayer. Let's begin the journey to the cross together!

Class 1: Foundations of the Christian FaithSaturday, February 28th at 10:00 AM
Class 2: Life, Mission, and Ministry of the Church
Both sessions will be held at Cheyne Church.
At the conclusion of the two sessions, you will have the option (with no pressure) to pursue membership at Cheyne, connect with a small group if you are not already part of one, and explore baptism or confirmation of faith.

Looking for a fun way to spend a day during March Break? Join us for Science Blast Day—a one-day camp packed with hands-on experiments, exciting games, big-time fun, and teaching from God’s Word!
Designed for kids JK–Grade 6, this single-day experience is the perfect mix of learning, play, and discovering how faith connects with the amazing world around us.
Drop-off starts at 8:30 AM, pick-up by 4:00 PM. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided Please bring a packed lunch that is peanut-free.

Sundays are for kids too!
We would love to see your preschool - Gr. 5-aged child for Kidzworship, our Sunday children's programming, every week at the 10am service! Each week you will need to check your child in and out.
